The moment they sign up, our CAPI integration sends hashed data directly to Meta, bypassing

Step 4: They get their unique promo code
Once verified, they receive a single-use code valid for redemption at any Kind Kones location.
Step 5: Automated emails keep them engaged
If they haven't redeemed within a few days, they get a reminder. Then another. Kind Kones stay

Step 6: They redeem in-store
Staff validate the unique code at checkout. The system logs the redemption, tracks which
customer showed up, and records exactly how many pints were sold.
Step 7: Post-redemption emails activate
Within 24 hours of redemption, they receive:
- A trackable online store discount code
- Emails introducing them to Kind Kones' founder story and vegan cake line
